Frequently asked
questions.

Coaching is forward looking. It focuses on where you want to go, what is getting in the way, and how to move forward with clarity and confidence. Therapy, by contrast, tends to focus on understanding and healing past experiences. I am not a therapist and I do not work in a clinical context. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, I would always encourage you to seek the right professional support. My work sits alongside that, not instead of it.

The guided quiz is a great starting point. If you are still unsure after that, just book a discovery call and we can work it out together in 15 minutes. There is no pressure to commit to anything on that call. My only goal is to help you understand whether coaching with me is genuinely the right fit.

Sessions are conducted online via video call. They are warm and conversational but structured around your goals. I will ask questions you may not have considered, help you hear what you already know, and make sure you leave with something clear and actionable. Nothing is scripted and nothing is one size fits all.

Yes. Everything shared in a session or via email is treated with complete confidentiality. I will never share anything about our work together without your explicit consent. You should feel safe to be completely honest in our sessions, and that safety is something I protect carefully.

Honest conversations are part of how I work. If something is not landing, I want to know. If you feel after a session or two that it is not the right fit, we will talk about it openly and you will not feel pressured to continue. My goal is always your progress, not a booking.

For the longer programmes, yes. If the cost of a programme feels like a barrier, mention it on your discovery call or in your contact message. I am committed to making good coaching accessible and I will always have an honest conversation about what is possible.

Completely. A lot of people who reach out are not sure yet. That is exactly what the discovery call is for. You do not need to have your goals fully formed or know what you want. Figuring that out is often where we start.
